How much does tree service cost?

Pricing varies as each tree is different and each service is customized to each customer's needs. Pricing is based on accessibility, size of tree, level of difficulty, equipment required, and time. Each job is analyzed by our trained professionals and a competitive bid provided on a job by job basis. The more frequent trees are maintained the lower the long term investment will be.

Do I have to be present when the estimator comes?

We do not require customers to be on site to conduct our analysis. We will obtain as much information of your needs and your property before we arrive to conduct our estimate. Is Gabriel's Tree Care Company, Inc. Insured?

We are fully insured and will provided proof upon request. We highly encourage all clients to insist on proof of insurance no matter what company they decide to move forward with. This is extremely important for your safety and assurance that no liability will be placed on you for the services you have contracted for. What will my property look like once the services are completed?

If we are provided removal services please note that there will be a stump left of approximately 2-6 inches above ground level unless stump removal services were contracted for at an additional cost. Stump grinding services does not include removal of stump grindings, however restoration services can be priced out separately. Our mission is to leave the property as if our crews were never there, we will make every effort to rake and blow as much of the debris as possible for removal. Please be aware that some divots may occur from normal operations.

How long will the job take?

Majority of jobs can be completed within half a day, some factors may affect that such as weather conditions. We will make every effort to inform you of what the plan for your specific project will be.

Do I have to be present when the crew comes to perform the work?

We do not require customers to be on site to conduct our services. We will arrive to the site and conduct our job analysis and begin to perform our work. We do require all pedestrians to stay far away from our work area due to the dangerous nature or our work. 

Who needs to contact JULIE?

Gabriel's Tree Care Company, Inc. will contact JULIE and request utilities be marked whenever we are contracted to perform underground work. We are not responsible for private utilities that are not located by the Owner before we start services. We also encourage clients to located sprinklers before our crews arrive to help avoid damage. We are not responsible for any underground sprinkler damage, private gas lines, private electric lines, etc.

How do I pay my bill?

We require the vast majority of our jobs to be paid upon completion, some exceptions may require deposits to be provided before services are started. You can provide payment to our crew leader that is on site at the time that services are completed. We accept cash or check and may also accept credit cards with an additional convenience fee.

When is the best time to trim my trees?

Most pruning services can be provided throughout the year. However, some trees such as Oaks and Elms should be trimmed in late fall after the first frost.

Is my tree healthy?

There is a vast number of reasons that a tree may look to be in poor condition. If you see signs of poor growth, early dropping of leaves, dust at the trunk, insects or bugs it may mean your tree is sick. It is highly recommended that you contact a professional to inspect your tree to try and alleviate the issue and keep it from spreading.

Does my tree need to be removed?

While at first it may seem that your tree needs to come down, please have a trained professional analyze your specific situation before removing your tree. Mature trees provide a lot of value to your property and there are many alternatives to removal. Unfortunately, there are many times that there are no other options, but it is our responsibility to make every effort to preserve our environment.
